This Privacy Policy explains how SAASBASE PTE. LTD. (“SAASBASE,” “UnifyPort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with our websites, APIs, software, messaging-account connections and support (the “Services”). It applies to business representatives, account users, website visitors and people who contact us.
Customer is generally responsible for personal data contained in messages, recipient records and other content it submits through the Services. Where we process that data on Customer’s instructions, Customer is the controller and we act as its processor or service provider, as applicable.
1. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Account and identity data, such as name, business name, job title, email address, login identifiers and account permissions;
- Billing and transaction data, such as billing contact, plan, invoice details, payment status, limited card metadata supplied by a payment provider, or USDT transaction identifiers and wallet/network metadata;
- Service and Customer Content data, such as configuration, messaging-account identifiers, message metadata, recipient identifiers, templates, logs, support materials and content submitted through the Services;
- Communications data, including enquiries, support requests and feedback;
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, pages viewed, API activity, diagnostics, security events and cookie or analytics identifiers; and
- Derived data, such as usage patterns, fraud indicators and service-performance insights.
We do not intend to receive full card numbers or card security codes. Where real card payment is offered, a payment provider collects and processes sensitive card details under its own terms. Demonstration checkout pages do not collect or transmit payment credentials.
2. Sources
We collect data directly from you or Customer, automatically when the Services are used, from connected messaging platforms and integrations, and from service providers such as authentication, infrastructure, analytics, fraud-prevention and payment providers.
3. How and why we use data
We use personal data to:
- provide, operate, maintain and support the Services;
- create and administer accounts, subscriptions, payments and invoices;
- authenticate users, secure the Services, prevent abuse and investigate incidents;
- transmit and troubleshoot Customer communications;
- analyse performance, improve features and understand use of our websites;
- communicate about support, service changes, security and relevant business offerings;
- comply with law, enforce agreements and protect rights; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
4. How we disclose data
We may disclose personal data to:
- vendors and subprocessors that provide hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications, support, security, fraud prevention, billing or payment services;
- third-party messaging platforms and integrations selected or authorised by Customer;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers and financing providers subject to appropriate obligations;
- authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, or address fraud and security; and
- a buyer, investor or successor in connection with a proposed or completed corporate transaction.
We do not sell personal data for money. We do not permit service providers to use personal data for their own marketing merely because they process it for us.
5. International transfers
We and our providers may process personal data in Singapore and other countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use contractual, organisational or other recognised safeguards for international transfers.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide the Services, maintain security and business records, comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type, account status, legal requirements and legitimate business need. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required, subject to backups and lawful retention obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls and monitoring appropriate to the nature of the data. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customer is responsible for safeguarding its credentials, API keys and connected accounts.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data; object to or withdraw consent for processing; receive a portable copy; or complain to a data-protection authority. Rights may be limited by law and by our role as a processor.
To exercise a right, contact unifyport@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and authority. If your request concerns data controlled by a Customer, please contact that Customer first; we will assist it as required.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. You will still receive necessary service and security communications.
9. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, security and analytics. Browser controls may block or delete these technologies, but doing so may affect functionality. Where required, we request consent before using non-essential technologies.
10. Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in connection with their own use of the Services. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data to us.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, Services or law. We will publish the revised version and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
