How does graduated pricing work?
Your paid messaging accounts are split across intervals. Each interval is charged at its own rate, so moving into a new tier does not reprice earlier accounts.
What counts as a messaging account?
A messaging account is a supported Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE, X, Zalo, or TikTok account connected to your workspace and operated through UnifyPort for use with the UnifyPort API.
How are free messaging accounts handled?
The free allowance shown in the calculator is included with every workspace. It is separate from paid messaging accounts and does not consume a paid tier.
How do I activate paid messaging accounts?
Online payment is not available yet. Contact our team on WhatsApp or Telegram with your estimated messaging-account count, use case, and launch plan so we can confirm the right option and activation process.
What does the estimate include?
It estimates the monthly messaging-account subscription only. Final commercial terms and any applicable taxes follow the terms confirmed with our team.
